2. Details of Proposed Meetings of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).

As per the specific guidelines it is proposed that the IQAC should meet at least once in every quarter of the year. Hence it is proposed that the IQAC will meet:

(i). First meeting: IQAC meeting will be held to review minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24 will be discussed in detail. The decisions will be taken to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members expected to give their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24.

(ii). Second Meeting decision compliance report of IQAC meeting held in July 2023 will be discussed tentative in second half of October 2023. IQAC meeting will be held to review minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24 will be discussed in detail. The decisions will be taken to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members expected to give their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24.

(iii).Third meeting decision compliance report of IQAC meeting held in October 2023 will be discussed tentatively in January 2024. IQAC meeting will be held to review and discuss minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24. The decisions will be expected to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members will provide their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24.

(iv) Fourth meeting decision compliance report of IQAC meeting held in January 2024 will be discussed tentatively in March 2024.IQAC meeting will be held to review and discuss minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24.The decisions will be expected to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members will provide their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24.

2. Decision compliance report of IQAC meeting held on 14/03/2023

IQAC meeting held to review minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24 were discussed in detail and further following decisions were taken to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members gave their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24 are as given below:

3. Minutes of decision taken on 22/07/2023

A. General Administration:

1. To check proper maintenance of records related to financial matters e.g. grants and funds.

2. To ensure that the salary of extension lecturers and manpower engaged under HKRN  should be dispersed well in time so that the institution academic and administrative works may be sustained.

3. The bursar and officials concerned are directed to procure sanctions, bills and finance related all documents in a proper way.

4. Registrar House Exam branch may be directed to ensure records of admissions, result details, upload internal assessment and practical awards properly and well in time.

5. Office Clerk may be directed to ensure category wise records of admissions properly and well in time.

6. The higher education authorities will be requested to fill up the vacancies of teaching and non- teaching faculties in the college.

7. To IQAC directed to organize numerous activities well in time as per pre- planned academic calendar.

8. The college will follow on line admission procedure and online choice subject and institutions.

10. The college will equip class room with ICT.

11. The students especially of commerce will be encouraged and motivated to visit job fairs to be held in the month of February/March 2024.

12. To institution will construct Volleyball Court and installation of Table Tennis for students has been completed.

13. The personality development cell of this college has organized a three day training programme to train the students for getting jobs in defense and private sectors.

B. Academics in the college:

1. Teachers are advised to deliver their lectures and presentations with modern techniques available i.e. ICT facilities and other methods.

2. To ensure attendance of students in EDUSAT classes.

3. To check that the classes of different subjects should not remain unmet, the head of the departments should make alternative arrangement to meet the classes of teachers who are on leave.

4. To ensure proper organization of extension lectures, seminars, conferences and workshops in different subjects.

5. To check that the curriculum/syllabus divided is taught and completed well in the time and regular class tests and assignments are also conducted.

6. To check the academic records of the students and suggest improvement to the concerned faculty members.

7. To ensure to give away awards, scholarships to merit holders and who are excelling well in different activities.

C. General Discipline in the college:

1. To provide Smart Identity Cards to the students well in time and also ensure that every student must keep it with him to check any menace created by students and outsiders. And it will also be used for issue and return of books in the library.

2. The IQAC must collect feedback on different activities in the institution from students, parents and community time to time.

3. To check that the students abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.

D. Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities in the College:

1. The in-charges concerned and committee members ensure the maximum participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities in the institution.

2. In charges ensure the proper organization of NSS camps, NCC parades, Sports, Cultural and activities of Women Cell, Placement Cell and Personality Development Cell, Guidance and Grievance cell by involving maximum students.

3. Decision was taken to organize Inter-College Competition “Innovation 2023-24” in 2023-24.

4. The Institution will organize International Seminar on interdisciplinary theme New Education Policy: Issues and Challenges - a Geographical perspective in January 2024. 

5. To organize annual athletic meet of college.

6. To prepare teams to participate in Inter-College tournaments being organized annually by Gurugram University Gurugram.

7. To prepare teams to participate in inter college cultural function being organized by different colleges in Haryana.

8. To prepare teams for 4th Youth Festival Shankanand organized annually by Gurugam University.

9. To upgrade different labs with modern equipments.

10. To organize  education tour on the theme Historical, Information & Technology, Herbal Parks, Adventure Sport  etc. during the current session.

11. To organize Inter-class sports competition to imbibe sports spirit among the students.

12. To organize Inter-class cultural competition to motivate students to take parts in extra-curricular activities.

13. To upgrade/automation of library by equipment’s and books during the session.

14. To organize relevant lectures by expert speakers on careers, placement and personality development of students.

15. To organize workshop and expert lecture to sensitize gender issues among students by women cell.

16. Publication of College Magzine Hementi.

 

E. Development of Infrastructural Facilities:

1. The college makes efforts to for the Construction of, Internal Roads, Boundary Wall, and Toilets for the students in the college campus.

2. It is being felt that the institution has very limited infrastructural facilities that are not sufficient to meet the requirements. Therefore, the institution will expedite its best efforts to write the Govt. to accord its administrative approval as well as financial sanctions for the construction of following:

i. A Conference Hall.

ii. Sports Facilities like Gym with Two Dressing Rooms (For Boys and Girls), Badminton Court,

2. Decision compliance report of IQAC meeting held on 06/01/2024

IQAC meeting held to review minutes of previous year action plan and actions plan prepared for the session 2023-24 were discussed in detail and further following decisions were taken to ensure quality education in Government College Sidhrawali. In this meeting the IQAC members gave their suggestions for the improvements and sustenance of general administration, academic atmosphere in the college during the session 2023-24 are as given below:

3. Minutes of decision taken on 22/03/2024

A. General Administration:

1. To check proper maintenance of records related to financial matters e.g. grants and funds.

2. To ensure that the salary of extension lecturers and manpower engaged under outsource policy-I should be dispersed well in time so that the institution academic and administrative works may be sustained.

3. The bursar and officials concerned are directed to procure sanctions, bills and finance related all documents in a proper way.

4. Registrar House Exam branch may be directed to ensure records of admissions, result details, upload internal assessment and practical awards properly and well in time.

5. Office Clerk may be directed to ensure category wise records of admissions properly and well in time.

6. The higher education authorities will be requested to fill up the vacancies of teaching and non- teaching faculties in the college.

7. To IQAC directed to organize numerous activities well in time as per pre- planned academic calendar.

8. The college will follow on line admission procedure and online choice subject and institutions.

10. The college will equip class room with ICT.

11. The students especially of commerce will be encouraged and motivated to visit job fairs to be held in the month of March 2023.

12. To institution will construct Volleyball Court and installation of Table Tennis for students has been completed.

13. The personality development cell of this college has organized a three day training programme to train the students for getting jobs in defense and private sectors.

B. Academics in the college:

1. Teachers are advised to deliver their lectures and presentations with modern techniques available i.e. ICT facilities and other methods.

2. To ensure attendance of students in EDUSAT classes.

3. To check that the classes of different subjects should not remain unmet, the head of the departments should make alternative arrangement to meet the classes of teachers who are on leave.

4. To ensure proper organization of extension lectures, seminars, conferences and workshops in different subjects.

5. To check that the curriculum/syllabus divided is taught and completed well in the time and regular class tests and assignments are also conducted.

6. To check the academic records of the students and suggest improvement to the concerned faculty members.

7. To ensure to give away awards, scholarships to merit holders and who are excelling well in different activities.

C. General Discipline in the college:

1. To provide Smart Identity Cards to the students well in time and also ensure that every student must keep it with him to check any menace created by students and outsiders. And it will also be used for issue and return of books in the library.

2. The IQAC must collect feedback on different activities in the institution from students, parents and community time to time.

3. To check that the students abide by the rules and regulations of the institution.

D. Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities in the College:

1. The in-charges concerned and committee members ensure the maximum participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities in the institution.

2. In charges ensure the proper organization of NSS camps, NCC parades, Sports, Cultural and activities of Women Cell, Placement Cell and Personality Development Cell, Guidance and Grievance cell by involving maximum students.

3. Decision was taken to organize Inter-College Competition “Innovation 2024-25”.

4. The Institution will organize International Seminar on interdisciplinary theme Water Conservation & Global Warming: Issues and challenges a Geographical perspective in 2024-25. 

5. To organize annual athletic meet of college.

6. To prepare teams to participate in Inter-College tournaments being organized annually by Gurugram University Gurugram .

7. To prepare teams to participate in inter college cultural function being organized by different colleges in Haryana.

8. To prepare teams in zonal cultural fest “youth Festival” organized annually by Gurugram University Gurugram ..

9. To upgrade different labs with modern equipments.

10. To organize  education tour on the theme Historical, Information & Technology, Herbal Parks, Adventure Sport  etc. during the current session.

11. To organize Inter-class sports competition to imbibe sports spirit among the students.

12. To organize Inter-class cultural competition to motivate students to take parts in extra-curricular activities.

13. To upgrade/automation of library by equipment’s and books during the session.

14. To organize relevant lectures by expert speakers on careers, placement and personality development of students.

15. To organize workshop and expert lecture to sensitize gender issues among students by women cell.

E. Development of Infrastructural Facilities:

1. The college makes efforts to for the Construction of , Internal Roads, Boundary Wall, and Toilets for the students in the college campus.

2. It is being felt that the institution has very limited infrastructural facilities that are not sufficient to meet the requirements. Therefore, the institution will expedite its best efforts to write the Govt. to accord its administrative approval as well as financial sanctions for the construction of following:

i.  A Conference Hall.

ii. Sports Facilities like Gym with Two Dressing Rooms (For Boys and Girls), Badminton Court,
